We recently completed a tenant improvement for Apricot Lane Boutique with Bertram Electric, Inc.  The scope of work included the construction of a 2,000 square foot retail space and relocation of the tenant from another space within Crossroads Center.  The project was fast-tracked in order to meet lease deadlines set forth by Crossroads Center Mall and the Tenant, so extensive preplanning was a must to make the project successful.  From the start, Jason Bertram took the time to meet one on one with our client to help understand their needs and expectations for the new space.

As the construction project wrapped up, we closed the clients existing store in order to salvage and reinstall their existing signage, security system, sound system, and cash wrap including credit card machines and computers.  With careful planning, Bertram Electric's knowledgeable foreman and highly skilled crew had all of the salvaged systems in place and working in the new store, thus allowing our client to re-open after only one day of closure.
